Working with top smartphone manufacturers, we improve video quality for almost a billion users globally through AI and advanced algorithms that let users focus on filming, not technology. We're also expanding into professional markets including telemedicine, remote assistance and defence, where video quality and situational understanding is mission-critical. Vidhance is based in Uppsala.

Working as a software engineer at Vidhance, you will be responsible for:

• System Design and Architecture: Design, develop, and optimize applications for centralized and de-centralized platforms.

• Problem-Solving and Innovation: Tackle complex technical challenges, drive innovation, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Business value: Understand performance metrics for business value.

We see that you fulfill the minimum qualifications:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience

• Understanding of testing techniques and CI/CD

• Soft skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a pragmatic and proactive approach

• Fluent in English

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent

• Strong proficiency in C++ or similar languages

Meriting qualifications:

• App development on smartphone platforms (iOS, Android)

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

• DevOps technologies (Docker)

• Proficiency in Kotlin or Swift

• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams

• Experience from healthcare or defence industry

• Fluent in Swedish
